Neuman wood store is a 40 years old family business. As we interviewed the client we found out, that the current store serves two client categories, each with a unique set of needs.
Private clients (B2C) which have plenty of time, quite happy to receive consultive sale and with high margin.
Contractors which needs line of credit, arrive quite early and are very sensitive to any delays.
Since we were dealing with a new 1.5 acres yard with 5,000 square feet building, our main focus was to built customer traffic flow schemes which minimises friction between the two groups along with new show room as a place to update on new materials and trends.
